Composition
The amounts of ingredients crucial for good motility and sperm quality!
L-carnitine
A derivative of the essential amino acids lysine and methionine. It is responsible for transporting long chains of fatty acids to the mitochondria, where cellular respiration takes place and releases the energy needed for the functions of all cells, including sperm. An average intake of L-carnitine through food ranges from 50 to 200 mg. Its usefulness is increased by vitamin C and B complex vitamins.
Acetyl-L-carnitine
It is an acetylated form of L-carnitine and participates in the process of energy release in the cell.
Coenzyme Q10
It acts as an antioxidant and also participates in the complex process of energy release in the cell. The human body produces coenzyme Q10, however, as we age this ability decreases. We also ingest it with food, and it is most common in meat and fish.
Vitamin C
A nutrient with a strong immunomodulatory effect, which our body cannot produce on its own, so it is necessary to take it in with food. It is a powerful antioxidant and, among other things, converts folic acid into its active form.
Folic acid
Important for growth and division of the cells and the synthesis of the building blocks of the DNA molecule.
Vitamin B12
It participates in many processes in the body along with folic acid, including DNA synthesis.
Zinc
It contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to maintaining normal testosterone levels in the blood. It is also a powerful antioxidant.
Selenium
It contributes to normal spermatogenesis, has antioxidant properties, and participates in cell defense.
Fructose
An important ingredient in semen, essential for sperm nutrition.
