All prices are retail prices, expressed in HRK/EUR and do not include VAT (POLAR CARE d.o.o. is not in the VAT system). The price of each product is determined individually.
The process of entering the price on the page is a highly controlled, but it requires a human factor and implies the possibility of error. All listed prices are valid for online purchases, regardless of the possible price for the same product in the store.
The Seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice including prices exclusive for the web shop. Also, the Seller is authorized to determine the discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a particular product, product group and/or for all products, all without prior notice. These benefits may be exclusive to online shopping, which will be indicated to the customer before the purchase.
Regardless the previous points of these General Terms and Conditions, all ordered goods will be delivered at the prices valid at the time of making the offer.

When choosing this method of payment, you will receive a proforma invoice/offer with all the information required for payment, including the account number to which you need to pay the value of the order. You can then make a one-time payment using internet banking, bank or post office. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered products.
