Upon entering the Fertility Men website, you’ll find clear and user-friendly categories to guide you through an easy and smooth shopping experience.
To shop at the Fertility Men online store, you may register by clicking on “Register” and filling out the form. You can also specify different billing and delivery addresses, allowing us to ship your products to one address and send the invoice to another. If you’ve previously shopped with us, simply enter your username and password to proceed.
You can also shop as a guest without registering.
To place an order, click the cart icon next to your desired product and it will be added to your shopping cart. To view your cart, just click on the cart icon.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash on delivery (for individuals), or by debit/credit card, either in a single payment or in installments.
When you click “Order”, a page with your details will appear where you can select a payment method and update your information if needed.

These terms define the registration, ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints procedures for products offered in our online store.

The buyer is either a registered user or a guest visitor of the www.fertility-men.com website, who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form, and makes payment via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or card payment.

Please note: Purchases on behalf of minors or legally incapacitated individuals may only be made by their legal guardians. Partially incapacitated persons may only make purchases with the consent of their legal guardian.

The seller reserves the right to modify the purchase terms at any time and will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such changes.
The seller also reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

 

Registration / Electronic Order Form

For the first purchase via electronic form, you must register on our website www.fertility-men.com (username and password).
By choosing a username and password and entering the required information, you become a registered user.
After a successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details. Use these credentials for future purchases and to track your orders and receive news about products and promotions.
If you forget your password, enter your email address and request a new password – you’ll receive an email shortly.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on our webshop within 90 days of purchase.

In accordance with data protection laws, you may request "Anonymization" of your data or ask us to send you all data we collect related to your profile at any time via your user profile.

Ordering Process

Products are ordered electronically by selecting an item and adding it to your cart.
If a product is currently unavailable, you can contact us via email or phone.
Once you’ve selected the products, proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your billing and delivery details.
In the order form, please provide:

• Customer/shipping address: company name, full name, address, contact email, and phone number
• Payment method:
  • Bank transfer – at the end of the ordering process you’ll receive an invoice with payment details via email
  • Cash on delivery – you pay in cash upon delivery
  • Card payment:
    • Single payment: Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Discover, and DinaCard
  • PayPal account
  • Google Pay
  • Revolut

The product is considered ordered when the buyer confirms the payment method and clicks the buy/order button (with the specified amount).
Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email confirming your successful purchase. If you selected bank transfer, you will also receive an invoice with payment details.

 

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR / €), include VAT, and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.

All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR / €) and include the applicable VAT.
Delivery within Croatia is subject to a shipping fee, shown for each product using a real-time shipping fee calculator.
Orders can currently only be delivered within Croatia. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us.

 

Delivery

Once we receive payment confirmation (for bank transfers), we commit to shipping your order within 7 business days, provided the items are in stock.

For cash on delivery, we commit to dispatching the package within 7 business days from the order date, if in stock. Cash is the only accepted method for COD.

For card payments, the same 7-day dispatch policy applies.

Products are shipped using our own delivery service, GLS, or DPD, depending on the address.

Products are packed to prevent damage during normal postal handling. The customer must inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage or refuse to accept visibly damaged shipments.

Shipments are insured against loss. If you do not receive your order or notification of delivery within 7 business days, please contact us so we can trace or resend the shipment.

 

Warranty

Warranties are valid in accordance with applicable laws, starting from the delivery date. To claim the warranty, an original purchase invoice is required. Warranty duration and coverage are specified with each product. The customer must notify Polar Care d.o.o. of any visible defects within 2 months from discovery, and no later than 2 years from the transfer of risk.

 

Customer Complaints

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, buyers may submit complaints by mail to Polar Care d.o.o., Naftaplinska ulica 37, 10310 Ivanić Grad, Croatia, or via email to info@fertility-men.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and respond within 15 days. Please include accurate contact details so we can confirm and respond to your complaint.
