Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged for all orders placed via the www.fertility-men.com online store. The delivery cost is automatically calculated by the system based on a predefined courier pricing list. The cost is determined according to the delivery country/address.
Products paid in accordance with the issued offer will be delivered to the Customer within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery Process
Delivery is carried out by the Seller through a reputable courier service.
Products are packaged securely to prevent damage during standard handling and transport.
Upon receiving the product, the Customer must inspect it for possible damage and immediately report any issues to the courier or refuse delivery if the package shows visible damage. The Customer is required to sign the delivery note, which serves as proof of receipt for the courier service.
If the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, the Customer will be notified to agree on a new delivery time. In this case, the Customer has the right to terminate the Contract.
All shipments are insured against loss during transport.

Order Status
During the shipping process, the Customer will receive an email notification about the status of their order.
